Step 1.
Online Orientation

Step one in the recruitment process is to sign up for one of our weekly online orientations. During this online orientation you get to learn all about working and living in Finland.

Step 2.
Free Language Training

After attending our online orientation you will be signed up to our study platform. If you study the contents well and pass your document review and language interview you will be signed up for our free language training and be well on your way to working and living in Finland!

Step 3.
Welcome to Finland!

During language training your application profile will be matched with our employers’ criteria. If an instant match is found you will be presented with your contract after only 6 weeks of language training. However, acquiring the language level stated in your contract is a prerequisite to be able to be deployed.
