We are an international recruitment company that has been operating in Finland for 10 years.

We mainly recruit for the social and healthcare sectors on a “turnkey” basis. We are responsible for recruiting employees, language training in the countries of origin, as well as social orientation and familiarization with Finnish working life, the residence permit process and the integration of international employees in Finland.

We meet employees at the airport, help them find an apartment and introduce them to their new workplace. Employees who have arrived in Finland also receive support in non-work-related matters 24/7 through us. This way we ensure the best possible start to their working and other life in Finland.

Approximately 1,700 employees will arrive in Finland through us in 2023.
