Signing Up

To begin your journey with us, please apply for one of our ongoing recruitment opportunities through our website or our Facebook page. You will receive an email with links to attend one of the upcoming online orientations. Make sure to check your spam folder if you are having issues finding the email!

Consent Form

During the orientation you will be asked to fill in a consent form to receive your log in credentials for our self study platform, which will aid you in acquiring basic Finnish language skills. Make sure the email you provided us in the consent form matches the one you used to sign up for the orientation with. This enables us to easily follow-up with you and support you during your journey.

Interview

Upon submitting your documents we will review them to ensure that everything is in order and that you meet all requirements. If approved you will receive your personal link to book your interview.

Language Studies

Once you pass the interview and have all your documents checked once more you will begin your language studies in earnest. We understand that your schedule may be hectic, so our classes are designed to be flexible and accommodate your pre-existing schedule.

Picking an Employer

Depending on the staffing requirements provided by our employers you might already be offered a contract after six weeks of study. In case your applicant profile does not fit the staffing specifications of our employers it might take longer to receive your contract and commence your residence permit process. Upon having been matched with one of our employers, having completed the language training, and acquired your residence permit, you will be ready to embark on your journey to Finland. Please note that admission to the language training does not guarantee you employment with one of our employers! Only once a match has been made will you sign your contract.

Welcome to Finland!

Upon arrival in Finland, we will be waiting for you to pick you up from the airport and bring you to your new apartment. We will also assist you in setting up bank accounts, registering with population services, and familiarizing yourself with your new workplace. We are here to make the transition to your new home as smooth as possible.

Language training will continue upon arrival in Finland with our so-called landing training. This language training will ensure no gaps in language learning for your start of work with your new employer.
